Terms of service

Last updated October 10, 2026

By creating a ConsignWall account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a gallery or co-op, you agree on its behalf.

The service

ConsignWall is a tool for recording consigned artwork: pieces, prices, locations, sales and returns. It is not a consignment agreement, an insurance record or a point of sale, and it does not pay artists or calculate what they are owed: your agreements with your artists are between you and them. Records are only as good as what was entered. We aren't responsible for lost or damaged work, sales or returns recorded wrongly, or disputes between you and the artists you represent.

Your data

Your gallery's records belong to you. You can export them at any time, and we'll send a copy on request. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep ConsignWall running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using ConsignWall at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
